The Youth Empowerment Summit 2025 represents the largest coordinated intervention in Nigeria’s youth development ecosystem. More than a conference, it’s a strategic convergence designed to unlock the economic potential of Africa’s largest youth population.
The Challenge
Nigeria is home to over 150 million young people—the world’s largest concentration of youth. Yet with unemployment rates exceeding 40% and billions in CSR spending producing scattered results, we’re underutilizing our greatest national asset. Traditional approaches to youth development have been fragmented, unmeasurable, and unsustainable.
Our Solution
The summit introduces a revolutionary model: systematic youth investment through measurable partnerships. By launching the CSRise platform alongside intensive skills development, entrepreneurship acceleration, and leadership training, we’re creating Nigeria’s first comprehensive youth empowerment ecosystem.
Who We Are
Organized by Youth Empowerment Mobility (YEM), a specialized division of Global Rural Initiatives Against Poverty (GRIP), we bring years of grassroots development experience across Nigeria. GRIP has directly impacted communities in all 36 states, with proven expertise in skills training, entrepreneurship development, and sustainable community partnerships.
